OUR BUSINESS MODEL
As an independent innovation partner, we work on a ‘fee for service’ basis, providing engineering support as an extension of our clients’ team. We do not promote specific technologies or processes; instead, we find the optimal solution that solves your optical design and assembly challenges and enables you to win in your chosen markets.
We focus on supporting original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) that aim to scale to volume production, paralleled with our effort to evolve the company from a product engineering firm to a fully integrated manufacturing company. Our ideal customer provides the potential for Gray Optics’ integration into the project at the concept phase, then onto manufacturing scale-up for regulated and non-regulated devices.
CORE VALUES
We believe that for our company to be successful, our customers must be successful – therefore, our customers are at the center of everything we do. In support of our mission, we are committed to building a collaborative culture and promoting the strength of our team.
